Advanced Water Recycling Centre – Upper South Creek

Aiming to deliver sustainable wastewater treatment & high-quality recycled water to create a cooler, greener Western Parkland City.

Sydney Water has engaged John Holland to develop the Upper South Creek Advanced Water Recycling Centre (AWRC) in Kemps Creek, along with related pipelines, to support Western Sydney’s population and economic expansion.

A pipeline for treated water will run from Kemps Creek to the Nepean River at Wallacia, while a brine water pipeline will connect Kemps Creek to the existing wastewater system at Landsdowne. The pipelines will be installed underground, primarily within road reserves and public areas.

Witt Consulting is actively involved in the temporary works design, testing, documentation, and inspections. We have also undertaken inspections and verification of permanent works for the Upper South Creek Project.

Our scope of work includes:

  • Retaining Wall Design
