Witt Consulting provide structural investigations, documentation and materials testing services for heritage and adaptive re-use projects in the Sydney CBD and Sydney metro area. We primarily provide our services to projects involving the commercial redevelopment and refurbishment of heritage structures where the structural engineering documentation is incomplete or requires verification. We have the capabilities to undertake a significant number of tests on heritage materials in house. We can undertake non destructive testing including concrete cover scanning and ground penetrating radar (GPR) scanning, steel hardness testing. We also have the capacity to undertake concrete, masonry and rock compression testing. An example of a project we have provided heritage services on is the $2 billion Wynyard Place redevelopment.
