Witt Consulting design new building structures and provide assessments of elements for existing building structures when modification to the existing structure is required. In addition, we have conducted building condition surveys that were completed to assess the condition of existing building and infrastructure.

Sydney Football Stadium

The Sydney Football Stadium project was the redevelopment of Allianz Stadium. Enhancing the experience of fans and players, providing more seating, more accessibility by age, gender and mobility, and remain the number one choice for sporting and entertainment in NSW.
Witt Consulting’s involvement on the project included:
- Temporary works design for piling platforms and temporary sheet piles.
- Alternative connection designs for waler beams, strut connections of sheet piles and concrete ring beam.
- Various other works including an independent verification of an external project on a Sydney Water asset, sheet pile assessments, steel reinforcement inspections and safety review for harness anchor system and crane loading assessments.

Green Square

The Green Square project is the largest urban renewal project in Australia covering 278 hectares. The site is located near Green Square train station, and under 4 km from Sydney’s CBD and Airport. Once complete, the development will include 1,600 apartments, office and retail spaces and a public domain, including a library, new primary school and community spaces.
Witt's role on the Green Square project was to provide geotechnical and structural designs for permanent and temporary structures for the Green Square Town Centre. We provided design development and construction supervision of retaining walls and other structures.
Our deliverables included verbal and formal documentation of engineering designs. Our work facilitated the construction of efficient temporary structures within the time and physical constraints of the project.
