Our role on the Airport East Precinct and Airport North Precinct projects was to provide geotechnical and structural advice for temporary structures. Our designs, inspections, testing and reporting aided the upgrade of roads east of Sydney Airport to improve traffic flow, and access to the airport and Port Botany. Witt Consulting carried out the design of complex shoring systems requiring deep excavation in saturated sand. We also undertook site inspections, and provided geotechnical advice and design of haul roads and piling platforms.
